Tonight we are having oven roasted chicken, oven "fried" red potatoes and rolls. Yeah I know we could do more veggies.

grilled cod with this really awesome "Mediterranean" quinoa salad my wife makes...and probably either asparagus or sauteed greens.0

Omelette with tomatoes and mozzarella and basil, toast, cantaloupe if that's not enough0

A very large salad with; cottage cheese, shredded cheese, eggs, albacore tuna, and apple slices. Also, having Greek yogurt, Pb2, and some lentil bean chips.0

Turkey burgers and corn on the cob. I may get crazy and put some avocado on my burger!0

We grilled a bunch of stuff but, I ate chicken drumsticks! Since finding a blending of spices that I just love I can not get enough of them.0

My day wound up being really weird and not going to plan at all so my only food so far was a Wendy's single with cheese, no mayo, a medium fry and a Jr chocolate frosty.
I have about 300 calories left so I'll have a snack in a little bit and call it a day.0 -
