I'll add anyone who comments their favorite way to burn calories! My favorite way is to Zumba! Mostly I just use my elliptical though because there's no prep required for that, it's just there.

I've been doing fitnessblender workouts on YouTube and I love it! I can workout at home with just my mat and my weights. They have short workouts, long ones, beginner or advanced. I'm doing their 5 day workout challenge this week!0

Walking, body weight circuits and stretching.0

I use a machine that my trainer calls an Arc machine. I'm new to this whole gym thing so I'm learning.0

Strength training, running and playing softball. I pretty much love everything though.. zumba, yoga, boot camp, elliptical, swimming, etc. Its all fun and makes me feel good0

I like to jog/walk a mile up to Starbucks and get a glass of water, and then make the trip back. Gets easier every time.0

I love to run! I put on music and I get lost in thought. And before I know it I'm finished with my workout.0

The upright stationary bike at the gym. It's the least popular machine there, but it's the closest I can get to riding my real bike indoors.0

Jogging!!. I jog for 30-35 mins on an empty stomach in the morning and 30 mins in the afternoon before my workout routine. I have seen results0

My favorite is probably the elliptical at the moment, only because I can just zone out on it lol. However, I am definitely loving the benefits from lifting, also.0

I love playing soccer! It's the only thing that will make me go out (or make me at least think about going out haha) in the bug-infested, humid summer night.0

Stair master, treadmill with the incline all the way up and "3" speed and also watching Keaira LaShae on YouTube she provides awesome/fun dancing videos0

Swimming and I'm using the couch to 5k program on my phone. Running is actually starting to be fun!0
