    5'6''

    CW: 152
GW: 135ish. I have a curvier frame. As much as I'd like to see the 120's, I'd look sickly.
  • 5'6"
    Was about 130 pre-pregnancy
Now I'm 172, and my goal is 125.
I want to look better than ever.

    GW: Between 120 and 125

I feel as though without toning and weight lifting (so just running long miles), I was very thin/skinny at 128. But when I'm lifting heavy and very toned at 126-128, I looked awesome. So maybe toned and at 125 would be a happy medium?
    Nope! Not close enough!

GW: 135-ish - like many others, it's been so long, I've no idea what I'll look like at that point. I weighed less in college, but I'm just aiming for 'healthy, fit, and feel good with my shape'!

Whatever number is on the scale at that point is fine with me - I know where I want/need to be BMI-wise, and I have a decent idea where that lies in terms of my weight, but I'm keeping GW flexible for now.

As long as I'm healthy & feel good I don't really pay much attention to the scale. 130-135 seems is always when I'm at my healthiest

I am 5'6, my CW is 172 and my GW is 142. Trying to lose some body fat and tone up. I'm just fighting this battle with my metabolism that seems to want to go into remission. Good luck everyone!!!

I was in the same boat. I think I touched on 155 when I moved to the city and was walking/a bit poor. Super weird to get below it and now be smaller than I was in middle school. 135 is a great goal!

I don't think I have an especially large frame, but I am pear shaped, which I don't mind. Right now I wear about a 14 on top and a 16 on the bottom. Would like to be in a size 10-12 pant.

That's goal seems about right for 10-12 pant. I am pear shaped too and at 5'4" and 163 I'm pretty sure I was a size 12 pant. 10 on a good day. That was with about 44 inch hips.

    I'm 5'4 and weight around 145.

I personally think 115 is a bit much for someone your height. When I was 128 I was too skinny. You're life, do what you want.

    SW: 162 (post-preg)
CW: 141 (just stopped JIGGLING during exercise)
    GW: 125 (to start with)

I was 5'6" and 116-118 for about a year and I wasn't too skinny. I was mostly 123 (with tennis shoes and T-shirt and shorts) and very athletic from about 8th grade through most of college, until I got sick at 128 at college graduation, except for the year I was 116-118. Then I was 123-135 for most of my adult life. At 135, I was decidedly pudgy.

115 is well within healthy weight for 5'4".

My GW is 125 for 5'6". If I can strengthen enough to lift from there, I'll mostly be focused on recomp. If I can't, then I'll lose a few more pounds.

I think a lot of people have never seen themselves at an athletic body composition, so it looks strange or uncomfortable to them. At 128 lbs, even with muscle, as 2 inches over...noticeable pudge. Definite pudge. That's the weight that my stomach gets its first noticeable (to touch) pooch.

I find dropping weight past 130 to be near impossible and I don't technically work out so after the initial first 5 pounds its going to take a lot of commitment to dieting.

I know that's a bit heavier than a lot of women my height aim for, but I'm kind of large on top (broad shoulders as well as middlingly-large breasts) and inherited short legs with huge calf and thigh muscles from my father, so while I'll reevaluate when I hit goal, I worry that to get much lower than that I'd have to really struggle, and it would not look very good.

I also have big breasts, broad shoulders and large calf muscles. My mom used to say that I had football player calfs. Too bad I don't play football!

I'm 5'5", current weight 134, want to go down to 125. My lowest was 121 and I loved it but it wasn't sustainable. 125 I look good and feel ok about it, and prior to both babies, I was able to maintain.

I'm going down to my lowest healthy weight so I can focus on building muscle for a while without worrying much about weight gain. I like being 120 or a few pounds above or below.
