Shake for breakfast which one is best?

there are alot of mornings I don't eat breakfast because I work out first thing. What is the consensus ? Which one ? Before or after workout?

    If u don't eat breakfast you must drink a protein shake of at least 15g to 35g of protein before workout . Try Designer Whey with only 100 calories.

    I think it is better to have a protein shake or fruit before a workout so that you can:
    1. Jumpstart your metabolism
    2. Have increased energy during your workout

    Then have a small something after your workout to keep your energy up.

    Trainer said Protein right after workout if you workout first thing in the morning. But you have to find one that works for you!

    I get up and walk first thing, but before I do I eat some yogurt so that it jumpstarts my metabolism. If I were you, I'd eat (or drink) something before you workout. But that's just my opinion. :smile: I may or may not be helping myself...lol. I weigh in Sat. for the first time since I joined, so we'll see. :wink:
