How do you keep yourself distracted?

I work a 9-5 and my eating is just fine (for the most part) when I'm at work. But when I get home and have the house to myself, sometimes I end up snacking far beyond what I should. Anyone have any tips on how to keep yourself distracted from eating when you're home alone?

I don't know how to help with boredom eating. Sounds like you need to do something else that releases dopamine.0

I too have a difficult time keeping myself from munching when I'm bored. I like to drink sparkling water (the bubbles spice it up a bit) or take walks to keep me out of the house. Also, find activities that are not as conducive to eating, like a craft or hobby that uses your hands, cleaning, or even reading outside to enjoy nice weather. Good luck!0
