There are no replacements for corn tortillas. There are inferior alternatives, but there are no replacements.0

That could be useful to change things up or to help meet daily macro needs, as quinoa is very high in protein. I wouldn't go so far as to replace everything with it, but nice tip!0 -

Seems like a whole lot of effort.
I like my bread, helgas 5 seed, smells good out of the toaster. I used to eat this other helgas bread like soy and something I think, tasted good.0 -
Very true0

I mean it sounds pretty legit, but if I want pancakes or tortillas, Imma have 'em!0

My home milled flour is pretty healthy all things considered. Quinoa has a very distinct flavor that is not easy to mask, and I can't say I would want in my pancakes. :noway:0

lol right!
Well like i said i eat quinoa because i love quinoa
not going to replace my bread or tortilla's because they should be bad.
There is no bad or good food....only TOO MUCH food0 -

I like making chickpea pancakes. Chickpea/gram/besan flour, water, salt, a little cumin. Cook in a hot nonstick pan on either side (takes maybe 2 minutes total.) They're a fun change of pace for a quick breakfast, or to have with an Indian-style meal.0

Here's a comparison between brown rice and quinoa. Both healthy, the difference being that for 100g each, you're getting more of pretty much everything with the quinoa: more calories, potassium, protein (good amount of protein for a grain is a big selling point for quinoa), etc.:
https://google.com/search?site=&source=hp&q=quinoa+compared+to+rice&oq=quinoa+compar&gs_l=hp.1.0.0l9.3564.22080.0.25119.14.14.0.0.0.0.114.1267.8j5.13.0.ckpsrh...0...1.1.64.hp..2.12.1177.0.0y12nt6CWnI
So, as always, depends what you're looking for.

Well I was actually talking about checkers with the king me comment.
You can't be kinged in chess? That would mean you either lost your king or had two.
