Are you trying to lose weight with moderate exercise, a calorie deficit of 1000 calories or fewer, eat healthy foods, and eschew the pills, shakes, wraps and other gimmicks? Do you roll your eyes at low carb, gluten free, paleo, bulletproof, organic and "clean eating" fads?

ADD ME! I'm working on a 90 pound weight loss without gimmicks or a diet full of quest bars. I'm all about those delicious GMOs! I do not lift heavy and I do not run. I will never try to sell you anything. Let's be science-based weight loss pals.
