Step two use a food scale

Buy a food scale to weigh your food. Spend time in the first two weeks getting used to logging in the diary. After awhile it will be easier because we often eat similar foods day to day. After two weeks, look back at what you were eating in order to evaluate and decide to make some adjustments in what you eat.0
