im just back from a holiday and lost 2 pounds while I was away however, when I look in the mirror I can see a massive difference and people are saying I look so much skinnier since when I went away! I haven't took my measurements but is it possible when you are nearing you're goal weight that you lose inches rather than pounds? X

What measurements are men supposed to take? My mid section is the biggest it's ever been. Is that were I should concentrate?0
