It's a rare occasion to eat pork rinds but the nice thing about them is it only takes a small amount to stop the craving and it makes you feel full. @asianfashionista86

I prefer nuts and seeds or power trail mix.

@PuddinPiePrincess I actually heard people substitute pig skin for real meat for dieting because it's rich in collagen. But yeah what kind of pork rinds do you get usually?

    Popcorn
    Single-serving bags of chips

Chips are a favorite. I can't keep them in the house or the bag disappears in one sitting. But when I do have them? I beast it and love every second. No substitute.

@asianfashionista86 I never pay attention, just whatever is handy I guess. I like the spicy kind.

Popcorn for me. With time, I've even come to enjoy popcorn more than chips.

Yeah I go for pistachios or walnuts, pecans and almonds. All good snacks. And I try to stay away from trail mix but I guess if you're on the go it's a great to have

Kashi makes bags of chips but I can only find them at Big Lots now. I think they quit producing them. Made of bean and good for protein and you get like 26 chips for 140 cals I think.

Air popped popcorn, pistachios, sometimes a crunchy dill pickle will make a satisfying crunch sound.

Ageed, only two possible states of a bag of chips: unopened or empty. No matter what the bag size...

I found a recipe for baked zucchini chips....WAY better than any potato chips I've had! You can add whatever seasonings to them that you want. Sure takes care of that crunchy/salty craving!

Yeah I'm not a big fan of kashi for some reason but that's unfortunate
