Quest protein chips or pork rinds (sodium is high but it does have protein)0

@PuddinPiePrincess mmmm I love pork rinds but yeah too dangerous of territory.0

It's a rare occasion to eat pork rinds but the nice thing about them is it only takes a small amount to stop the craving and it makes you feel full. @asianfashionista860

I prefer nuts and seeds or power trail mix.0

@PuddinPiePrincess I actually heard people substitute pig skin for real meat for dieting because it's rich in collagen. But yeah what kind of pork rinds do you get usually?0

I love the ranch flavor veggie straws. Delish! And popcorn twists.0

Popcorn
Single-serving bags of chips
Chips are a favorite. I can't keep them in the house or the bag disappears in one sitting. But when I do have them? I beast it and love every second. No substitute.0 -
@asianfashionista86 I never pay attention, just whatever is handy I guess. I like the spicy kind.0
-
Popcorn for me. With time, I've even come to enjoy popcorn more than chips.0

Kashi makes bags of chips but I can only find them at Big Lots now. I think they quit producing them. Made of bean and good for protein and you get like 26 chips for 140 cals I think.0

Roasted seaweed. Home made cheese/almond crisps.0
-
Air popped popcorn, pistachios, sometimes a crunchy dill pickle will make a satisfying crunch sound.0

Ageed, only two possible states of a bag of chips: unopened or empty. No matter what the bag size...0 -
I found a recipe for baked zucchini chips....WAY better than any potato chips I've had! You can add whatever seasonings to them that you want. Sure takes care of that crunchy/salty craving!0

Yum how many zucchinis do you need for a serving?0 -
there is not a substantial nutritional difference between commercial veggie chips and potato chips.0

Nuts are my go to salty snack. I get a 1/4 cup almonds or pistachios and 1/4 cup raisins. Works every time. Chips were my nemesis ; I would eat a family size bag by myself. When I was cutting back I would make it last TWO whole sittings!!!! I would make a chip run at 3am. Don't even miss them now; however I know not to even open a chip bag0

I agree. I looked at the back of a bag of the veggie chips and it was scary. I won't eat those again. More of a marketing ploy than anything with those I feel.

pop chips and flavored seaweed is my go to when I'm craving salty / crunch chip type things0

I too am a chip addict. I love salty and crunchy. I could eat a family size bag in a sitting too! Heck, I could eat the bag on the way home from the grocery store! I rarely ever buy chips nowadays, and when I do it's always those small, single serving bags like you find in vending machines. I prefer to snack on nuts, pretzels (in moderation due to salt; they're safer for me because I don't crave pretzels like I do chips and therefore can be satisfied with one serving), peanut butter and carrots/apples, and popcorn!0

i just eat the chips. i love chips... I LOVE CHIPS 1oz isn't a lot but i deal with it.0
