I've never really thought this out. I'm currently 278 and want to be in the 140-150 range. I know when I reach that point I want to do a spa day. A day of complete relaxation. But otherwise I think it'll be small things: like a book I want, or some weights/yoga mat and so on.

Maybe this is what I need to do, set a point to reward myself so here goes. I am currently 160. My goal is 150 and maintain. I've been at it since august 2014 and I haven't done it yet cause of bad habits.

Reach 150: Finally buy myself a complete, cute workout outfit

Maintain for 1 month: Custom floor mats for my vehicle.

I'll set another goal for maintaining for another month when I get there or I may want to alter that goal a bit. I'll determine when I get there if that weight is good for me considering how I feel, health, and all that other good stuff.

    Thanks, OP.
I have a few small things but for my main rewards I buy them when I find a good price and don't use them until I hit that weight

    185 (hit this recently):
medium t-shirts, which were super tight on me before but now i fit into nicely. also re-bought my favorite shirt in medium
trimmed my beard back, which i feel i am just hiding my non-existent jawline behind

    180:
i bought a kindle voyage but will continue to use my kindle touch until i hit this weight

    175:
going to get a Twister Jar for my Blendtec and have a go at making some healthy Nutella
got a great deal on a guitar case but will continue to use my soft canvas case until i get here

    170 (goal weight):
going to get a nice drawing/art tablet as it's something ive wanted to get for years but never got around to
of course nice wardrobe update etc.

also i have to decide where to put into the above but i want to add actually taking a relaxing bath. It's not something guys talk about as much but I don't think I've done this since i was a kid and recently I'm like hmm, why not?

That sounds like a nice plan!

When I hit my goal weight I want goats. I'm building everything up now so it will be ready but I still have 37 pounds to go.

I give myself lingerie, and lots of music to keep me entertained when I'm on the boring old stationary bike.

I have similar rewards for myself! I started at 209, when I hit 190 I got myself some neat work out clothes. When I hit 180 I got myself a charge hr. Over the next 40 pounds I'll use more athletic gear (sports bras, socks, yada yada) and at 130 I'm getting a Lisa Simpson tattoo :)

That is so bizarre. I've been saying forever that I'm going to get a Lisa Simpsons tattoo when I lose all my weight. I came into this thread to say exactly that. The odds, seriously!

All my rewards are already in my wardrobe - hit goal a few years back, then got sick and regained 30lbs before I had got a chance to adjust to 'new me'. Then I got a big surgery I needed, and after more than a year of being more healthy but not mentally ready to get back in the game I am *finally* on my way back.
