When you get burn out on a exercise uhm doing you push through on your last couple of weeks or do you go ahead and start a new workout. This is my last month of chalean extreme and I an slacking because I'm am burned out. I am trying to push throug these last three weeks, because this phase is much more intense than phase 1 & 2. Today my insanity asylum arrived but scared to start the workout. Uhm what do I do, so confused.

Well what you could always do it start the new workout and see how you do. Whats the worst that could happen right?

In my opinion I would switch up BEFORE you get bored.

If you are getting burned out by all means switch it up now. You can always come back to what youa re doing now. Mixing it up is always good anyways! Keep up the good work Charlene!! Enjoy whatever you decide to do!!

Thanks eveyone look like come Monday I will be doing something different.
  • I agree with everyone else, I say switch it up! I went thru 2 rounds of Insanity and did not give it my all nor finish b/c I got burnt out. I think now that I am a bit more fit and willing I am starting it again June1 and will try to finish. You can get bored with a workout and not give it 100% and that is the worse thing you can do!

Good Luck I know you will work it out
