Hello everyone !! I have lost 40 lbs so far on a plant based diet. I have 20 more to lose. I'm juicing now and loving the results . I've been eating a clean diet 90%fruits and veggies beans and nuts 5%animal protien 5% processed foods. Ideally I wanna exercise 3 days a week for a total
