Day one complete! Also went for a run and did some leg lifts and sit ups...bit sore today, heh. Here we go day 2!0

I definitely feel your pain! Especially since I'm incorporating this into my other workout program, I can feel it working. Haha no pain, no gain right? Keep at it girl0 -

hmmm...I did 1 per leg. you will kill yourself if you do the count per leg. (Example: I did 10 lunges total on day 1, 5 each leg. )0

I usually do weighted lunges and maybe I've been doing them wrong, but I do 1 per leg. So its:
right1, left1, right2, left2, right3, left3, etc....0 -

I get that and agree. Just was curious what common practice is. Because either I am doing twice as much as what I should be or you are doing half as much lol.0
