keeping to my calories

I'm finding it really hard to keep to my daily calories each day for the amount of weight I wanna lose each week. Any help would be great. Any foods that are low cal and fill me up? Any tips or tricks to keep the snacking down or things to snack on? Thank you!

    Vegetables/anything higher in fiber. Healthy fats and protein. Are you set to 1200? Depending on how much you have to lose, that may be too low.
