Welcome! You'll do great if you just stick with it. Everytime I'm on MFP, I lose weight and whenever a take a couple weeks off, I gain back weight - lesson: try your hardest to keep logging in every day. Even if you're "bad" and pig out, log it in! Better not to quit!0
