Low-Sodium Snacks?

what are some of your favorite low-sodium snacks? Because I love pickles and it's a problem...

I usually have unsalted almonds and also hummus and vegetables.0

Unless you start retaining water excessively and/or have hypertension issues, the sodium in the pickles (although high) won't do much to you. Otherwise, yup, all the above snacks (maybe not the cheese, but it does depend on the kind of cheese) and greek yogurt.0

I really like dry cereal, at the moment it's Lucky Charms, it helps with my iron intake too, so it's win win. Plus you can pretty much carry it anywhere without issues.0

I would generally agree with this. I'm over on sodium almost everyday and it doesn't seem to cause me problems. It partially depends how much you are over buy. But in general, I wouldn't worry too much about sodium.0
