Hi Everyone,
Angel here and I'm on a new path. It hit me really hard the other day how much weight I've gain over the last year. So now I'm going to try to get back on track.
Love to hear any tips or advice.

    Based on my experience in losing 30 lbs and maintaining for 2 years now;

    Log everything you eat consistently and accurately and be very patient. Most importantly don't focus on the changes you make to your eating, focus on living life. The changes to your diet will naturally and gradually result in reaching your goal and while that is happening you won't stress about seeing instant success.

    Same as above. Log everything you eat. Its amazing how many calories you eat that you're unaware of. Friend request sent☺
