100 day weight loss results (pics)

On Valentines day of this year myself and 9 friends (including my husband) decided to do a 100 day weight loss challenge. My husband and I had the most weight to lose out of our entire group. I have known for quite some time that I needed to get my weight under control I just didn't have the motivation or even the ambition. I had no idea that this 100 competition would change my life so much. I have confidence, energy, and most of all I am living a healthy life. Without the support of friends and family I don't think this would have been possible. I am happy to say that in 100 days I lost 34.6 pounds and my husband lost 39 pounds. And out entire group lost a total of 222 pounds!!! Here are some before and after pics of me and my husband.

I am so proud of all of us. I am halfway to my goal weight and I couldn't have done it with out the help of MFP.! Here's to the next 100 days!

    Wow! I hope I can say I lost 35 lbs in 100 days! I have lost 21 in 70 days. Ooh, I have a lot of work to do - thats 3.5lbs a week. Maybe not.
