What can I do if I'm still hungry and I've already maxed my cal intake?
(PS I hate water)

    Two choices:
    1. Eat something. Log it. Figure out what you can do better tomorrow to be less hungry at the end of the day.
    2. Don't

Walk 2 or more miles. Then you can eat more.

If you're really hungry, eat something. If you are just snacky, try to resist or have something very low-cal to chew on. Also, if you tend to be hungrier at night (I am that way), try to save most of your calories for dinner. That's of course not a solution you can use RIGHT NOW, but maybe just something to think about for future days.

Eat something. I was at my limit but wanted a snack (hey, it's Friday, I worked hard all week) so now I'm having a mango. I'll add extra exercise in tomorrow. It's up to you on how sensible you want to be with what you eat :)

Most of the time I'm only in the mood for snacks before bed. I can sometimes fight it and go to bed without.
