Can't seem to hit my protein macros

Hello. So I've started almost two weeks ago and I've successfully lost 3 kg but one problem I'm facing is that I don't eat much protein. Any tips or food recommendations you could offer?
PS: I don't like meat much. I can eat chicken though. Absolutely no fish.

What about dairy? Milk, cheese, string cheese, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, etc. Eggs are another great source.

skim mozzarella cheese.keeping hard boiled eggs handy.I like cottage cheese as well0

Thank you I just had hard boiled egg whites this morning. As for dairy, no matter how much I eat, it's not enough protein. Greek yogurt is one of my favorites.0

Black beans, lentils, tofu, quinoa, green peas, kale, broccoli, brussel sprouts, hemp seeds, endamame, tempeh, almonds, macadamians, chia seeds.

Thanks! Never thought of lentil as a source of protein.0

I don't always use them as a main or side dish, but like to throw a handful of various lentils and/or nuts on my salads, veggies or main dish as a protein-boosting garnish.0 -
Protein is so hard for me, too. I try to eat a variety of foods high in protein, but I quit trying to make it to the recommended goal.
It's my big thing that I never fixed.
I wouldn't recommend giving up for anyone else! We should all strive to eat healthy diets. Just wanted to let you know you're not alone in this protein thing, even if I can't say, "Here's how I did it."
Not too many of us, "I don't like protein foods" people out there.0 -
Plain greek yogurt is great for volume. Mixes with lots of things. Cottage cheese, ham is low in fat. You can add cheese to some things. Sausages, especially chicken and turkey, can be lower in fat. An egg white omelette with cheese and a sausage could easily knock out 30-40g of protein for under 250 calories.0

Can I ask why you are eating under 1,200 calories on a regular basis? Your food diary shows some days under 900 calories per day, and your daily goal is only 1,100. It's can be hard enough hitting protein goals even when you eat much more per day, but you're eating far below the minimum recommended for women. Please reconsider how low you are eating, because it's not safe, healthy, and certainly not sustainable.

I went through not being able to lose due to medical issues. It sucks! They'd tell me to just eat less and move more, then not believe me when I said I wasn't eating a lot, that losing meant 700-900 calories and I'd get dizzy. It was so annoying. I gave up.
Talk to your doc and if need be, get a second opinion.
Keep trying and don't give up!0 -

Yes, I would speak to your doctor. While losing weight is hugely beneficial to your health, if it comes about by not properly fueling your body you're setting yourself up for other issues down the road.0 -
The Dr. refuses to change or reduce my medicine. I tried. I'll still try to exceed 1000 kcal. Thanks for your advice0

It's ultimately up to you what happens with your medication. Obviously I don't think you should just ditch it and do whatever you want, but don't be afraid to seek opinions from other doctors just because one has refused your request.0 -
Why not add protein powder to your milk or add it to plain yoghurt as a flavouring. Nuts, eggs, cheese and turkey are good sources of protein also.0

Do the the very best you can to eat more protein. There are web sites to calculate your protein requirements. Do what you can to help yourself.
