Hello everyone! This is the first time I joined a group like this so I'm a little nervous, but very excited. I'm from a small community in Kentucky, USA and I have two precious little boys. I'm on here because not only do I need to lose weight, but I basically could use a ton of motivation and support. I lost 40lbs last spring then fell off the wagon and gained it all back and I can't seem to get motivated this time around. So I'm asking everyone to please help me. I know I can do this again.
