hi every one
plz i need 2 know which exercises is better to burn more Kcal and its duration

any sport nutritionist can help me ?

    Pick any exercise that you enjoy enough to do regularly. :+1:

    It's good to add strength training too. If you don't have weights to lift, google "Nerd Fitness beginner program".
