So far it's been 30 days since I started my juice fast. I went from 212lbs to 189lbs! 60 more days to go and I feel great!

Just curious, how are you doing a 30 day juice fast? Aren't you missing out on protein and fiber?0

So far, so good. Oats, peas, beans, lentils, flaxseed are all sources of protein/fiber and can be juiced amongst other veggies & fruits.0

I've been vegan for years, after my 90 I'll go back to normal healthy eating.0
