Back on Track!

I have really enjoyed my holiday and I know that even though I tried to make sensible choices I have ate too much and had some guilty pleasures! I have not logged into MFP for the whole two weeks I was away but, this is a new beginning and a new start. So now that I am home I am going to get back on track with everything. I haven't weighed myself because if I see in black and white that I have put on weight I would probably turn to food for comfort haha. I think it's best if I continue on my journey to feel better and improve on my lifestyle and health before I step on the scales! My goal is to feel better and losing weight is a fortunate side effect!

    Welcome back!

    I came back from vacation once and freaked the heck out because I was up like ten pounds. If i do that again, I'm not getting on the scale for a week, lol. :)

    Thank you guys!! I know what you mean and that's why I am not stepping on the scales until I can feel in me that I am back with it and making progress! X
