Hello everyone... I'm Elsa I have lost 25 lbs. This last year when I got diabetes. I cut out soda n most sweets. I'm a fat chick deep inside so I struggle every day with making healthy choices.
I'm stuck now, so I needed a little push, so I'm going to keep track to see if that helps me stay on track.

Hello, You can do this! There is plenty of help on the forums and it's worth reading the link below for help in how to count calories and work out how many you should be consuming to stay on track.
