I play football and I need to put weight on to play college football, I'm 6'2 220 lbs and I want to be 240 how can I put weight on with out my 40 time going down

    Keep doing cardio workouts while bulking up to stay conditioned. Your body will get used to the extra weight with a little time.
    If you want, do a 40 every 3 pounds or so just to keep track of your progress. Who knows, your 40 time might even improve a little.
