    This is actually really difficult for me to post, but I'd like some of my before pictures out there as motivation not to go back. The before pictures were taken about March 2014, started losing in about June. The during pictures were taken 3 days ago - SW approx 90kg/198lbs, CW (I've just finished my first week of working out, so I'm fluctuating) 71-73kg/156 - 160lbs GW 55kg/121lbs.

    You look amazing, and not even remotely 51. I'd say you look like you're in your thirties.

    The before is on the wrong side - Sorry! But either way, it was taken last year. The during is now, taken two days ago. I still have about 70 pounds to go.

    I agree mmghanna1, opalsqueak007 looks amazing and I thought only in her 30's. I am just starting my journey. I keep trying and keep failing but feeling inspired and determined. Well done all of you xxx

    Before 329lb after 138lb. Took me about 18 months which included a couple of month doing nothing after having open heart surgery :-)
