Do you recommend drinking flavored waters, or Powerade zero, and basically anything with zero calories and artificial sweeteners while trying to lose weight?

    If that's what you like and artificial sweeteners don't make you sick, then go for it. I've had sparkling water and water mixed with cherry Kool-Aid flavoring today.

    If thats what you like. It's a personal preference. I'm not a fan of flavored waters so I don't drink them, plain water is good for me.

    I drink them...neastea coconut pineapple is my fav atm.

    I prefer plain seltzer water myself, but have you thought of adding oranges, strawberries or lemons to regular water?

    I don't because I dislike how sweet they are. I like water with lemon or lime or unsweetened tea. If I do need some electrolytes I go for half a Nuun tablet in a huge glass of water.
