Starting Again!!

so I lost 7lbs in the first weeks of getting the app but I'm now maintaining. I need to lose 35 to be at my goal weight. I'm starting on 2lb's a week for the next 5 weeks (vacation coming up) then I'll probably take it to just 1-1.5lb after. I'm exercising like a mad woman and getting bored of tasteless foods! Any support or recipes would be great!! (Oh and I LOVE prosecco!)

    Don't have tasteless foods...spices are either no or very low calorie and add tons of flavor. Sauces are to be measured and counted as they often hide many calories. Well seasoned food can be delicious (might be dry, but still tasty)...I'm pretty much talking about my chicken breasts that I often over cook but season well! :smile:

    It's true...breast is best. I love my spices! I just need to stop going with same old and change it up a bit! Thanks for the advice Suruda
