and it really helped me with keeping track of what I eat and guilting me into being more conciencous of my eating habits. I have noticed a great deal of fat loss already but I always find myself staying waay under my calorie limit, almost very unhealthy. Calories really help keep me on track, but is it a good way to lose weight?
