Blood type connection? Vegetarian vs. Paleo success?

Does anyone think there is a real connection between blood type and why some diets work for some people and not for others?
Like blood type A thriving on Vegetarian/vegan because they don't digest animal protein well but they can digest grains easier, and blood type O thriving on Paleo/Primal because they don't digest grains well but can digest animal protein very easily?
Some info i found on a website relating to this:
Blood Type O is the oldest blood type in the world.
Hardiest digestive systems
Meat-eaters, need animal protein for good health
Cannot digest wheat products containing gluten very well
Digestive systems contain a lot of stomach acid
Low thyroid and sluggish metabolisms
Feel good after vigorous workouts
People with Blood Type A were the original farmers and grain gatherers.
Fragile digestive systems
Cannot tolerate animal protein
Classic "vegetarian"
Do not absorb Vitamin B12 properly
Prone to pernicious anemia
Usually lactose intolerant
Feel good after calming, centering exercises
People with Blood Type B Can digest all types of foods with ease
Tolerant digestive systems
Cannot digest wheat products containing gluten very well
Can handle dairy products
Less than 5% of the world's population has Blood Type AB
Very rare, and the gentle offspring of Type A and Type B blood. This blood type has only been around for about 1000 years. Less than 5% of the world's population has Blood Type AB. You combine the best and the worst of Blood Types A and B. Most foods that are bad for the Type A and Type B persons, are also bad for the Type AB person, with the exception of tomatoes.
So i'm wondering here, who here knows their blood type, and what diet type is working best for you veg/paleo? Do they match up? Do you find you're getting results/success if you stick to a plan that is appropriate for your blood type?

I'm surprised no one ever responded to your post after all of this time. All other blood type diet related posts appear to be followed b several unhelpful, smart-@ss comments by people with no experience eating specific to their blood type.
I can tell you that I have tried vegetarian, vegan, paleo, whole30 and have found some of the blood type diet info to be true for me. Obviously, the most important aspects of any healthy diet are: sustainability (can you stick to it?), calorie moderation, adequate nutrients, and just eating non or low processed real foods instead of junk.
Weight loss can be achieved on any of the diets above if you control calories and exercise, but your overall health will be affected by the types of food you are eating. I am blood type AB and have found some information in the blood type diet that answered a lot of questions for me.
I have recently at only 31 years old began having major issues with memory loss. For as many years as I can remember, I have excess mucous in my throat and nose at all times. I am constantly clearing my throat and coughing, all day every day. Certain foods seemed to exacerbate the problem, but they weren't your typical allergy related foods.
The info I read stated that AB blood type individuals are much more susceptible to memory loss and tend to have lots of excess mucous that can be worsened by certain foods containing lectins that don't agree with AB blood type chemistry.0 -
