Hi everyone!

Looking for support from others trying to reach their goals. I've gained about 60 pounds in the last year and a half and I decided it was time to do something about it! I've cut my calorie intake down to about 1000 a day plus I've been using green tea pills to help speed up the process. Ive been doing this for about 5 days and I am now down 5 pounds already.
