Jello has a lot of fat free puddings that are really good, if you like dairy then there are lots of options.0

Don't know if you live in Canada but Sobeys Compliments Balance brand has a few a fat free soups out(not too bad for sodium either).
Also Im pretty sure most jello is fat free.0 -

4 large are 100 calories and 0 fat, The mini ones are like a cup for the same you'll have to check you package!

Air popped popcorn. You can sprinkle on some Mrs. Dash or use one of the butter sprays for a little flavor with no added fat.0

put some fat free yogurt in the freezer for a little while and eat it like ice cream0
