The most likely things going on here are inaccurate logging and/or some water weight gain from the new exercise program.0

Are you weighing your food? Intense workout programs like Insanity can actually cause your body to retain water in order to repair itself. Give it some more time. I'd also recommend you take measurements as you may be losing inches.0

its hard to tell since your diary is closed. But generally I would assume inaccurate logging or maybe there is something in your diet that is causing your body to react this way. It happens with some people.0

Could you be eating too few calories, especially with your exercise? Sometimes adding 150 +/- calories in protein seems to help me.0

It's pretty unlikely that eating too little is causing her to gain weight.0

You're not doing everything right

I do. None of them ever answer the question. It's eerily similar to how the cleanse/detox crowd never answers what "toxins" are removed or how their detox food is responsible for removing them.

A healthy, sustainable loss is .5 lb. per week for every 25 lbs. you're overweight. And weight loss is not linear. Some weeks you can do everything right but maintain—or even gain. Others you lose a whole lot in a "whoosh."
Exercise for fitness; log to lose weight.0
