Not sure if this is a joke...
There are no foods to help lose weight. All you need is a calorie deficit. No one food will make you lose weight anymore than another food. If you like those things then eat them, but don't force yourself to if you don't like them because you think they'll make you lose weight.0 -

The best foods to lose weight are ones that you can prepare easily, have a good amount of protein, and that fit into your calorie budget for the day.0

I saw a documentary last night where scientists figured out that for the chemicals in grapefruit to help actively burn fat you'd have to eat 40 at a time, which would equal 1kg of sugar. And probably a whole lot of time spent in the bathroom.0

Hi, i don't know if this is any help but me and my partner have been using home made kefir for 2 weeks and i have noticed a real difference in reduction of hunger pangs and energy levels and digestion transit. I personally am 15 stone now and was 15.6 i am feeling a lot more energetic and have lost 5.5lbs in 2.5weeks my partner has lost 2lbs but she is only 9 stone at 5ft 1inches. The kefir is excellent and easy to make. We put our kefir in a smoothie every morning and it tastes like fruit yogurt if you put some fruit in and can be used in many things and the good thing is you grow your own every 24 hours so its ready for you every morning it has been used for 1000s of years and is really good for you.0

There are no special foods that will make you lose weight. It's all about hitting your calories, macros, and fiber, as well as an appropriate exercise plan. Listen to this podcast. It's got excellent information.
