Hi. So tomorrow is the start date, been prepared I've jumped on here to help me add up. If your having a cuppa during the day would you weigh out your 100ml of milk for your 48kl in the morning to use all day?

You could measure out an amount for the day and use it throughout the day, if that's what you're saying here. Indeed, provided you use all of it and no more, that's probably the most accurate method. Alternatively, you can measure out how much you use each time throughout the day and log it individually. This would introduce a bit more measurement error, but honestly.. I don't know how much tea I'm going to drink in a day, so I would take this approach.0
