Cook yourself thin

Hi All,
I have been doing the cook yourself thin recipies, skinny chow mein, chicken tikka and lasagne and they are delicious!!!
I'm not into sea food, are there any other one's people have tried and can recommend?

Next i'm going for :
Keema Curry 352 Cals per serving
Fish and Chips 403 Cals per serving
Healthy ho fan beef noodles 456 cals per serving
Roast Chicken with butternut squash 338 Cals per serving
And lastly Char sui bbq pork with fried Asian grees 566 Cals per serving

Any one tried these or think of any others they have tried?
