Successes/struggles this week: I really liked the June Challenge as it made the overall tendency more visible. Early May was when I started here on MFP and there is some progress. I am very happy about it! I weigh myself daily but obviously there are fluctuations, so with the weigh-ins here it is easier to notice a general direction. Was hoping to start July with half a kg less, well, no. Still, I start July with 3 kg less than June, so HURRAYH!0 -

My 10 year wedding anniversary is on July 31 and I want to reach my goal weight before then. I've already lost 6 lbs on the 21 Day Fix and I just have 4 more lbs to go. We leave for vacation on the 25th and I'm going to try and keep it up throughout our trip.

My baby is 11.5 mo old. He turns 1 on July 18th. I have been gaining and losing the same 7 lbs since last November when he was 4 mo old. I wasn't too worried about losing the baby weight immediately...it took 9 months to put on.
Well..I feel like now that it's been more than 9 mo since his birth, then I have no excuse to still weigh what I do. (Plus I just don't FEEL like my healthy self at this weight. Normal for me is about 130)
I will be following the July HIIT workout challenge on BodyRock and posting here for accountability.
