Successes/struggles this week: I'm not wanting to suddenly lose 3lbs in one week again. Seeing that I'm already on the lower side of the scale than the average, and I'm short, it might be quite unhealthy and I could risk a yoyo. 4lbs loss in 4.5 weeks. That seems safe and doable
I am losing motivation though, so that's the struggle part. I've been eating less and less, and have been missing my 5 days a week work out plan(not really a plan, just work out everyday from Monday-Friday). I'm getting lazy...
