    11 months is frkn amazing! i have 100 lbs to lose- started the 1st of this month and am down 6 lbs and it feels like it is going to be forever to get down to goal

    Thank you SO much for sharing! Started at 296, currently at 284, goal is around 160-ish. I fell off the wagon for a couple weeks but just started up again today. It is SO hard to stay motivated when there is SO much weight to lose without an end in sight.

    Very well done! You look like a completely different person!! Your journey however, is not over! Now your challange is to keep it off! You have achieved something amazing! Believe in this and in your new found strenght! I suffered from depression too (my weight was only one of the reasons.) and I know that in those dark times it is hard to find something that affirms your value or worth! Well make sure you plaster these beautiful pictures of yourself on the fridge, the snack cupboard and they are a reminder of all the hard work you put in to get there! Good work!
