Success at last

This morning i hit my final goal weight, 2st lighter than my initial target & 8st 1lb (113lb) down from my highest known weight.
Looking back now this was the best decision i've ever made. I may never have a perfect body but the one i've got is amazing. It can do so many things i never dreamed were possible and go places i never thought it would.
Anyone starting out or thinking about it go for it you will not regret it. As for those fears about loose skin & wobbly bits i'll take an amazing, happy, fit & healthy body living life to the full with a couple of wobbly bits over a fat, unfit & miserable one watching life pass me by any day!!!
It may not be easy, there will be ups & downs but it is so worth it. Shoot for the moon, if you miss atleast you'll be amongst the stars
