    Thank you! I've always been pretty active and exercising on regular basis but like many of us I LOVE to eat! This year the holiday eating really caught up with me. I try to get moving 5-6 days a week even if it's only for 20 minutes but the main change I've made is staying in my MFP calorie range at least 5 days out of the week or more and trying to choose healthier options. Some weeks are better than others but taking the pictures has really helped me see I am making progress even if I have an off week.
