If the gap between my legs was 'cause Johnny Depp was between them, thatd be a fine goal. Otherwise I don't care.

Why do women seek to have a thigh gap?
    What's the big deal?

It's just the latest fad in popular (or lessening popularity, it seems) body ideals. A thigh gap isn't necessary.

Maybe we should start a new one. Like a positive fitness/lifestyle/health one. Not like those stupid thinspiration crap.

Can you touch your toe to your mouth? Can you bend your leg backward and hold it behind you?

Toe to mouth? Well I'll have to boil my toe before I put it near my mouth so that may take a while. Bend the leg backwards? Sorta...I'm short. I have chubby calves. :p

Is holding a roll of quarters under your stomach roll a thing? Because I could totally do that.

It would be quite the anti-ana statement. :)

    Or boobs...The anti-"pencil test."

"Thighs not touching when your heels are together is a kind of back-of-the-napkin indication of anorexia-level low weight. It was first made know by a Hot Or Not TV show where women who were so thin that their thighs COULD NOT touch were called out as being too thin, unhealthy, and likely eating-disordered. This became, under the pro-ana crowd, then something to desire.

I've very rarely seen women this thin. Not one of them would make a BMI of 18.5. And it almost always occurs when one's knees become larger than one's thighs. Which is...well...not an attractive look to most people."

Uh...ok...I'm definitely not anorexic and so are none of my friends who have thigh gaps. We all run a lot and have rather low body fat, plus...genetics? if you have a certain bone structure, you can even have one at a BMI of 20+...

Thigh gap? That reminds me of how a lot of artists seriously cant draw women's thighs. They do this super dumb thing where they leave out some sort of triangle between the legs where the thighs are connected to the lower body. Wth? And no, I'm not talking about when the legs are seriously apart and where this could be plausible but when the thighs are pressed tightly together and they're wearing normal clothes.
    How about no.

Not again. Why this topic again?

    Arguments incoming

    10...

Is it not a lot of photoshop, leg and feet angle tricks etc.

I am more interested in a armpit gap. Having a gap between my arm and my chest.

This guy is my ideal body shape. Look at that sexy armpit gap. Only 10 more kgsejfd0jhkpb2.jpg

Oh, he definitely has a thigh gap

I'm surprised to not see any Beyonce thigh gap pic.

Also what's wrong with little Johnny? Are you saying you didn't have a crush on him back then? Or was it the very scene that turned you off? That movie is still legendary for horror fans.

Johnny with the headphones? If I am correct it was his very first movie ever. (his first major role)The Original Nightmare of Elm Street. I actually bought the whole series on DVD. Not the new ones though. They suck.

Well if you like horror watch it. If you are a horror fan I would not believe you. You should watch it under a few conditions to get the full effect.

Watch it right before bedtime at night.

I'm not really a horror fan. I have seen very few horror movies. Like maybe 3 or 4? A couple Friday the 13ths and then Scream. I can't think of any others.

LOL I remember seeing scream 3 the first day it came out with my father. Also saw Dracula 2000 first day it came out with my pops. Now I am and bigger horror fan than he is. Those were probably the first rated R movies I saw with my parents at age 12.

My mom would not let me watch anything R rated. She didn't even let me see Pretty Woman because it was about a prostitute ha ha. I can remember convincing my dad to rent Silence of the Lambs and then she got mad when we got home from the video store with it.

For me anything goes expect for a sex scene. I remember watching stir of echos with both my parents. Sex scene follow by pause " time to leave the room." I cannot remember if I was 11 or 12 but still.
