Beginning again....

I am 39 weeks pregnant and beyond ready to start getting back into shape. I used this app before to keep track of everything each day and it really helped me stay on track. Now that I can go I to labor at any minute (and hopefully will be very soon) I am starting up again by making sure that I take in enough calories and drink enough water daily through healthy eating. I am at my very highest weight at 209lbs, I started my pregnancy at 170. After I have this baby and heal up, I will begin daily exercises! Wish me luck on this journey!!!

    Good luck! I'm also beginning...yet AGAIN. Not because of pregnancy, but just by being very sedentary and making poor food choices. I have truly been disgusted with myself, but I'm determined to get back in the game and make some real changes.
