I only really noticed this this morning.

I was doing the shoulder press and did my last 3 reps which really tool some effort! When i let the weights down i got a wave of really really really great feeling goodness, and then it pooled in my legs and then went.

Only way i can describe it is the next best thing to sex (sorry)

I did ten more reps, and i got it again. I dont know why, but i did an extra 20 reps just to get this buzz haha! looked around sheepish and did 10 more as if the other people knew what i was doing :blushing:

Hahahahhahahaha! I know what you mean! It happens to me when I've been on the elliptical for about 20 minutes - I can be in THE most crappy, self-pitying, angrrrrry mood - but once I've been sweating a river for those 20 minutes, everything seems sooooo much better!

Hah, I JUST finished writing a blog regarding this, and I totally agree. When you hit that magical point in a workout, man, it feels good... and it keeps you feeling good all day.
