    Weight fluctuates.

To be straight forward, urine, feces, water you drank, food you consumed. May be better to weigh yourself once a week first thing in the morning once you've gone to the bathroom and before consuming anything. Either always wear the same clothes or just do it naked.

In addition, you will naturally gain weight just before your period.
(Or, at best, maintain instead of lose.)
If you're worried about daily fluctuations, weigh weekly.
Or weigh daily, write it on the calendar, and look back a few weeks to see progress.

Ive gained this week, nearly 2lbs and no idea why im just hoping to stick at it and hope to see something shift in a few days. It is frustrating when you have eaten within your target and exercised and still gain, tho im hoping it maybe a little muscle rather then extra tub x

It's not muscle. It's normal fluctuations.

If it frustrates you, you should probably weigh less often or use some tool that can show you trends in your weight changes, rather than just look at discrete weights.

    It's natural weight fluctuation. That's it. :)
