Who has pictures of successful recomposition?

Can I see them?

I'm working on this right now, and I love what's happening so far. Even though I know it will work if I do right things, I can't honestly see myself reaching my aesthetic goals (namely a flat or mostly flat stomach) without dropping some weight, which I don't particularly want. So I'm just looking for, I don't know, some encouragement maybe.

Thanks!

I actually came across your post when I did a search for 'recomposition' to try and find out more info on how to do it myself... then figured that although I wasn't aware of the term at the time, that's kind of what I've done before. So its not the best example (sorry!) but in case its of interest -

First two pics were July 2011 - weight around 52/53kg (am 5'1). Second two pictures were Dec 2012 (admittedly with some unexpectedly flattering lighting - yay for bare lightbulbs!) at 54.5kg. In the first pic I was doing kickboxing 8hrs a week and had been training at that level for a year. Second pic is once I'd gotten into weights and started eating a decent amount of protein (I was vegetarian until 2013, and in the first pic I was a skint student eating a lot of rice and pasta). NB I was aware those leggings didn't fit, was wearing them for comparison!
I'm still 54kg now and my shape is similar to the second pics but with broader shoulders; still working on getting rid of that last bit of muffin top, mind.

NB don't be put off by the timescales, I've only recently decided this is a goal, these pics are the side effects of wanting to get stronger.

Following this, I asked a similar request this morning with no luck (no replies) so hopefully you'll get some images here and I too can see what's possible in your thread :)

Thanks! I'm a vegetarian too, and about a month and a half ago I changed my goal from weight loss to recomposition. I've been lifting weights about four days a week since, and I've been focusing on protein. I love what's happening so far, but I'm starting with more of a belly than you. I hope I can get close to where you are! You look great!

Looks like this one isn't having much luck either!

Following as well. I've been at a recomp for about 3 months now. I should have taken better progress pictures. I've had some changes in my arms/shoulders and there is just kind of...stuff happening. It's hard to pinpoint, which is frustrating.
