Idea Physique
Options
I'm curious to see what everyone views as the ideal physique and if they believe that look would be achievable for them. I'll post first. This guy is a fitness model Lazar Angelov. While I think he has the best physique I've seen, I personally don't think this look can be achieved natural and without great genetics.
